Our menu varies according to the season, and our chefs have complete creative freedom. Perhaps the potatoes are ready to be harvested, Davidas’s old rhubarb has just been picked, or it is the perfect time for skrei cod. We base our dishes on the seasonal ingredients available and often create a unique menu for the evening.

Together with our sommeliers, we create a wine package. You might even join us in the wine cellar to select the wines before they are served.
