Cancellation and Rescheduling Terms
Our events and accommodations are not covered by the Distance Contracts Act.
When you have booked your event/accommodation online, it is possible to reschedule or cancel free of charge up to one month before arrival, with the exception of the card or Swish charge that remains. After that, it is 25% of the cost. Cancellation within 48 hours of arrival will be charged in full.
In the case of booking an arrangement where payment cannot be made online, the rescheduling and cancellation terms may differ.

We always want to offer a simple solution for you as a guest and therefore provide both card payment and payment via Swish, both methods through the Stripe payment module. Payment is made directly for both card and Swish purchases.
In the event of a cancellation where payment has been made with a credit card, a service fee remains. For Swish payments, the entire amount is refunded.
