This policy applies to Hökerum Bygg AB and all companies within the Familjen Ståhl Invest i Ulricehamn AB group (‘the group’). The policy also covers companies that were previously part of the group where members of the Ståhl family are registered signatories. Housing cooperatives for which companies within the ‘group,’ according to agreements, are responsible for the administration of the association are also covered by this policy. In this policy, when ‘we,’ ‘our,’ ‘ours,’ and ‘us’ are referred to, it means one or all of the mentioned companies and all of its employees.

Use of personal data

Through our websites, individuals have the opportunity to ask questions, request information, or contact us. We only use personal data that is necessary to fulfill the current purpose. Contact information may be shared with one of our partners in cases where a partner needs to be engaged to handle the current matter. Otherwise, we will not share information with any other party. Your rights

An individual who is registered in any of our systems has the right to request an excerpt. The register excerpt is free of charge for the individual once per calendar year. If the person requests multiple register excerpts in quick succession, we have the right to charge an administrative fee for providing the material or, in some cases, refuse to provide the information.

A request for a personal data excerpt is only processed if it is sent to one of the following email addresses:
