Spend Friday to Sunday with Emma. You will do yoga, exercise and eat delicious food surrounded by the forest and the beautiful Villan. All with space to find your own rhythm.
This weekend is for those of you who long to find balance, strength and inspiration – regardless of your previous experience with yoga or exercise.

Weekend schedule:

Friday
From 4:00 PM - Welcome & check-in
16.30-18.00 - YinYOGA - to gently land into the body. Wear soft clothes that keep you warm.
7:00 PM - Dinner together

Sleep well in one of our bedrooms. Either a double room or a single room.

Saturday
08.00 - 09.00 - We start the day with a flowing YOGA class to awaken the body and we set the intention for the weekend.
09.00 - Breakfast
11.00 - Hiking in the forest - together or at your own pace
13.00 - Lunch and then some free time
16-18.00 - Sweaty workout where everyone can find their level of challenge. Ends with a deep relaxation
7:00 PM - Dinner together
