Autumn's best training weekend with extra everything in Sweden's most beautiful Villa!
The days will be filled with intense training sessions, relaxing yoga, bubbly meals and lovely moments by the pool. And none other than training guru Lovisa "Lofsan" Sandström will be by our side!
Lofsan will guide you through exciting and challenging training sessions. The sessions are everything from pulse-raising runs in the surrounding nature to strength training and functional training that challenge both body and mind. You can adapt the training yourself so that it suits your level. Lofsan's expertise will help you maximize your results and reach new training goals in just a few days.
The afternoons are spent enjoying Villa Strömsfor's facilities, relaxing moments by the pool and perhaps a game of croquette where all participants socialize. The evenings will end with luxurious dinners in our dining room.
